We specialise in Pilates, Spinning, Weight Loss, Personal Training and Sport Massages. Wings Fitness Studio has a full circuit with state of the art equipment and we house the only Wattbikes in the Mossel Bay vicinity.
No matter your fitness level, you will be inspired and encouraged by trained instructors with any of our classes, training sessions or coaching programmes.
