    This is one of our premium services at the Wings Fitness Studio where a client, under the supervision of a knowledgeable trainer, works one on one in a private session to achieve their personal best. A session will typically consist of cardiovascular, strength and flexibility elements to ensure functional results. Individuals will be assessed and a specific training program will be designed for specific outcomes. Personal training is structured in such a way that it caters for all individuals.
    Our clients will be monitored on a regular basis and will feel inspired and motivated through their progress.
