    Pilates is a system of physical conditioning often using only body weight or with specialised equipment.
    Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core and improving coordination and balance. Pilates allows for different exercises to be modified in range of difficulty from beginning to advanced or to any other level.
    Classes consists of small groups with well-trained instructors attending to every individual’s special needs. Pilates is often recommended by physiotherapists and doctors due to its rehabilitating properties.
    This is a safe and highly efficient form of exercise for pre- and postnatal, post-operative and the elderly.
